The Role

Analyzing and managing data and information associated with customer relationships is one of the most important things regarding our marketing strategy. We are currently looking for a full-time CRM Manager to bring our users closer. You will be part of our growing Marketing team in Athens, supporting customer retention and customer loyalty. You will be working closely with our Performance Marketing Team, the designers and copywriters of the marketing team as well as the product and the ancillaries’ team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and build the general CRM annual plan for all segments

  • Driving CRM initiatives and executing campaigns

  • Customize and implementations relevant to the CRM software and architecture that meets our company’s needs

  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum ROI

  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities and maintain lists of segmented customers

  • Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products

  • Support the ancillaries’ growth strategy

  • Suggest new methods and channels to address customers’ needs

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of online marketing methods, best practices, and CRM tools

  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems

  • Work experience in the CRM field of more than 4 years

  • Solid background in customer acquisition, remarketing, and retention strategies

  • Analytical and technical skills regarding the development of consumer segmentation models

  • Hands-on, attention to detail and highly-organized

  • Strong project management experience and excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Good to have

  • Experience on Mailchimp and the Braze CRM platform

  • Experience on team management

  • Experience working with reporting on Google Analytics, Data Studio or other reporting interface, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Experience on setting up and managing automation flows for cross platform products, including iOS, Android applications and websites

  • Basic understanding of GDPR
